The Torque Power Pack offers up to 30% more range and works in a completely different manner to the standard Wisper motor. Through the torque sensor the system measures the pressure a rider is putting onto the pedals. Pressure on the pedals turns the power on and the torque sensor reads the amount of pressure being exerted. The more pressure a rider puts onto the pedals the more power will be demanded from the motor.
So… if the bike is starting from standstill, encounters a hill, a strong headwind or if the bike is heavily laden, the torque sensor will recognise that more pressure is being put onto the pedals and the bike will offer more powered assistance. It’s very simple and very clever!

Whist we make every effort to stock all sizes and colours of bike, sometimes we do have to order certain bikes in directly from the manufacturers.
We liaise directly with the manufacturers to find out if your bike is in stock or in production, worse case scenario we would find out a date when it is being built or contact the dealer network if anyone has one available.
If we do need to order a bike in lead time is normally between 14-30 days, in the event that this could be longer we will get in touch with you immediately.

Free Delivery Information
Whilst we offer a very personal service from our showroom where you can take your purchase home, we do however offer a free delivery service up to a radius of 100 mile.
We can offer to deliver your Electric Bike or Electric Motorcycle to your door in person in one of our dedicated bike vans.
Then any seat or handlebar adjustments can be made and we can go through any questions you may have about your new bike.
Everything will be explained to you about your bike and you will get the opportunity to ask any questions.
